It’s been a pretty pleasant day so far, but all good things must come to an end. I’ll be heading into work in about an hour, so I wanted to make a short post of reflection and anticipation.
Today I woke up to a beautiful sun-shining day and enjoyed a glass (or three) of Ravage dark red wine whist reading the latest edition of the Witcher series – Lady of the Lake. It’s been an amazing, if not twisted, addition that’s had me reading for hours straight. Thankfully I was also able to sleep in today after staying up until around 3am making notes for future podcasts. Believe it or not, I’m a very manic and self-conscious person that doesn’t believe there is any real value is the content I produce yet. For every 2o minutes of podcast you listen to there could be anywhere from an hour to days of planning and anticipation put in behind the scenes. I wouldn’t say that it’s something I resent so much as regret when the quality doesn’t measure up to what I anticipate. But now I’m just rambling.
Tomorrow I plan on recording the third test episode of the DeviantRED podcast with an old friend (assuming he can free up his busy schedule of course). This should be the first true-to-form free flow episode where we just talk without a planned list of bullet points or agenda. Should be fun and I hope you enjoy it.
